Challenge
We were given the opportunity to work with Pulse Healthcare. We have carried out work at several of their locations including, but not limited to Birmingham, London, Glasgow, Coventry and Bournemouth.
Solution
On all four phases of this project our IT Technicians decommissioned, packed, relocated, unpacked and recommissioned all IT equipment and provided cable management.
We also provided project management for all four phases. Our Project Manager assisted with the planning and running of various moves and move phases. He ensured that everything ran smoothly and in line with the given timescales.
Phase one – August 2016
The relocation of:
110 people from two locations into one
IT equipment, files and miscellaneous items
220 personal crates, 120 IT crates and 70-meter-long crates
Phase two – September 2016
The relocation of:
125 people into a new building
IT equipment, files and miscellaneous items
170 personal crates and 150 IT crates
Phase three – September 2016
This phase included the internal relocation of 20 staff along with their IT, filing, and personal effects and the external relocation of 8 staff with their IT and personal effects.
We provided:
Hire and relocation of 30 personal crates and 30 IT crates
IT cleaning service
Dismantling, relocation and reassembling of desks, and tambour units
Phase four – September 2016
The relocation of:
IT equipment, filing cabinets, filing and wall mounted items e.g. whiteboards
45 personal crates and 20 IT crates
Result
We continue to have a good relationship with Pulse Healthcare, and we are still providing them with quotations for our services. All of our projects for them to date have been completed within the given specifications successfully.
