A full relocation and fit out was required for Interserve FM who was undergoing an internal and external office move. This included a bespoke installation service for laboratory furniture and ICT equipment. The existing furniture needed to be stored in a temporary storage facility for time periods that ranged from both short-term to long-term. Once the move and installation were complete, all recyclable material needed to be disposed of correctly.


As part of our contract, we have provided Interserve FM with a core account management team.

We designed and provided a move guide for the staff that were being relocated, detailing their responsibilities during the services to ensure smooth transitions, working out of hours in the evenings and over weekends to minimise disruption.


The move and installation were a success with minimal downtime to the company and the staff involved.
