A full installation management project was required for a hotel fit-out and refurbishment for Protocol in Preston. They wanted to add contemporary, design-led twists to the original Victorian interiors.


We provided Protocol with installation and installation management services at Llyndir Hall Hotel and The Queen Hotel during a time of refurbishment at both prestigious Hallmark hotels.

We provided a team of five to assist with assembling and installing a new line of furniture in both hotels. This included:

Single and double bedframes

Scroll-top desks

Bedside cabinets


Feature chairs

Display tables


Taking advantage of our PRINCE2 trained project team, we were able to provide a dedicated, flexible and dynamic approach to completing this project.

Liaising with the Protocol Management Team, whilst consulting with the Hotel Managers throughout the process, providing regular updates and reporting them in to the key stakeholders when required. Overall, the project was delivered successfully.
